Roughly 34% of UK homes have some lead pipes in their network, this can have dangerous health effects, especially with young people.

Outside of the UK, in majority world countries (like countries in West or Eastern Africa, of South Asia) 2.2 billion people don't have safely managed water for drinking.

Climate change is placing new stresses on the availability of safe and cheap water. This is affecting African, Asian, Latin American, and Caribbean people and their descendants, more than anyone else.
